What is it ?
- Suvarna Prashan is the process in which Suvarna Bhasma (purified ash of gold) is administered along with fortified ghee (prepared with selected aushadhis and herbal extracts) and honey. It is given in liquid or semisolid form
Whom & when to administer ?
• Suvarna Prashan can be given to children from birth up to 16 years of age.
• It is ideally administered on Pushya Nakshatra – an auspicious day that occurs once every 27 days.
• Administration on this day is considered highly beneficial, though it can be given regularly as well.
